In the Springtime 2017 we enlarged our holiday-house on the second floor. The apartment Piz de Plaies with a flat of 75 sqm is situated to the left side of our house with the entrance allways using the upstairs on the first floor to continue on the second. The mensioned apartment consists in three double-bedrooms, all three furnished with SAT-TV and safe and one of the three bedrooms is 17 sqm large, 2 bathrooms, living-kitchen-area with SAT-TV, wi-fi, double-sofa-bed and balcony. Starting from the standard-capacity with 6 beds, we have the possibility to host till 7 persons with the sofa-bed or the pouff-single-bed in the bedroom of 17 sqm, corresponding to the rule "anti-covid" 1/10 (10 sqm/person).

At disposal to our guests: private parking place, garden, washing-machine and in the winter-season, without charge, the skidepot with boot dryer at the skisaloon La Miara/Bronta at the skilift La Miara.
